Trainees work with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to understand actual site conditions, drafting standards, HVAC layouts, electrical systems, plumbing networks, and BIM coordination. Through hands-on tasks using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, they learn how to solve problems, manage projects, and follow international building codes.
